About Noe

My journey with dance began with a simple dream: to dance with my grandma. Watching her and my family dance with such joy and passion, I knew I wanted to be a part of that world. But when I first stepped onto the dance floor, I struggled—I couldn't count beats, didn't know my left from my right, and leading felt impossible. Yet, I persisted.

Most of my students are just like how I was and how you might feel: they’ve never danced before, they’re nervous walking in, and they walk out glowing with confidence.

You don’t need to be good to get started—you just need to get started to get good.

I have taken many dance classes from Arthur Murray, Fred Astaire, and private lessons in San Francisco. I am so HAPPY to be dancing again at Level Up Dance Studios with Noe. I have been attending class for almost two months and plan to continue as my schedule permits. He is professional, encouraging, and supportive of my learning style too. The classes help me unwind after a stressful work day and get me OUT of my comfort zone with the many different dance styles. This is a great activity to do with your significant. For the men, we ladies LOVE men who can or make the effort to learn how to dance. It's a GREAT value for what you get out of the classes, worth every penny. I HIGHLY recommend Noe as an instructor!

Had my first formal waltz instruction experience with Noe. It was very constructive, engaging, and a foundational building experience. I've danced on many dance floors across the country and rarely have I walked out of instruction feeling like I had the tools needed to improve like I have the lesson I had with Noe. Highly recommend!

Fantastic dance class! Just what my husband and I were looking for in an introduction to latin social dancing. Noe, our instructor, was fantastic! Highly recommend!

  • Erica

Noe was amazing, so patient and knowledgeable. We loved him and can't wait to come back. Great Value, would give it a 10/10!!

  • Briana G.

My boyfriend and I had some dance experience but waltz was completely outside anything we knew. I'm just 1.5 hours Noe broke down the basics and slowly added patterns until we left feeling like we looked like we knew what we were doing. Thanks Noe!
